Each silver piece sold by Vénéneuse is selected for its exceptional character.

Find out how to care for your favorite items and preserve their beauty year after year.

CARE OF SILVER ITEMS : Sterling silver tarnishes more quickly when exposed to salt air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleaches and other harsh chemicals. To further preserve the integrity of your item, be sure to avoid rain and direct contact with heat, oil, grease and alcohol. Your object must be stored away from any trace of humidity; keep it in an anti-tarnish cloth such as the velvet pouch offered with your purchase, or in a storage box intended for silver objects. Quality boxes are lined with anti-tarnish fabric and contain a separate space for each piece. If you live in a humid climate, place a desiccant packet inside your storage box, whether it's a closed box or a roll of flannel. Avoid contact with elastics or any other rubber item, as the sulfur present in this material causes tarnishing and corrosion. When traveling, we advise you to carry your item in its Vénéneuse® velvet pouch.

DAILY MAINTENANCE 1. On a soft cloth, apply a small amount of special silver cleaner. 2.Gently rub the metal with the cloth several times. 3.Rinse thoroughly with warm water. 4.Dab dry and use a polishing cloth or polishing gloves, this will remove the tarnished appearance and your object will regain its shine.
